HOLE CLASS

"Mostly recorded on a farm in Ohio in 2006 by Beth Murphy (Times New Viking) & Rob Enbom (Eat Skull). Great pop songs from this duo with a "gothic country" vibe that vaguely calls to mind an interpretation of Nancy & Lee by Neil & Jennifer. There is a stripped down feel and intimacy to everything here. From roadtrip singalongs to true heartbreakers, a perfect album." -Meds.

After The Ball

Here we have the self-released Jeffrey Novak debut "After The Ball". Real hot one here even mastered by Mr. Jay Reatard. For this one think Alex Chilton, the Kinks & Kevin Ayres rolled into one. Sold out very quickly and limited to only 500 records, NEVER TO BE REPRESSED.Oh yeah, don't expect this one to sound anything like Cheaptime!

TEETH MOUNTAIN

With three drummers, a bass/cello player and a guitarist/violinist/samples executor - Teeth Mountain use their driving percussion in layers like some bands use guitars. The outfit’s hypnotic drones, which at times recall the Velvet Underground’s White Light/White Heat, suggest that its members also learned a thing or two from the heady intensity of Crash Worship and the exoticism of Brian Eno’s My Life in the Bush of Ghosts.
