From Melbourne,Australia Deaf Wish are a band that seems to get likened to The Wipers & early Husker Du. I guess i can kind of hear it...kind of? Comparisons aside they do know how to play solid R'N'R. This is a CDR released in 2008. Stand out songs for me are 'Mai Tai' and 'Green Flame'.

This band rules so much. I've seen them at least 10 times, I think. Must be seen live to be appreciated completely. It sounds like its about to fall apart at any minute but somehow doesn't. Great!
Currently downloading it. But wanted to say found your blog recently and have downloaded a bunch of stuff - both known and unknown. Thanks for the posts. Will be coming back.
